Is Pre-Workout Bad for You? What the Evidence Actually Shows

Pre-workout has a complicated reputation. On one end: people who swear by it, train harder with it, and feel noticeably better prepared for their sessions. On the other: stories about heart palpitations, anxiety, inability to sleep, and dependency.
