ORIGIN
This blend combines coffees from Kiambu, Kenya and Tira, Nensebo in Ethiopia’s West Arsi region. Both regions are known for producing bright, fruit-forward coffees with vibrant acidity and delicate floral character.
PROCESS
Both coffees are washed processed, highlighting their natural clarity and brightness. This method produces a clean, vibrant cup that allows the fruit, floral notes, and crisp finish to shine.
VARIETAL
This blend features a mix of renowned East African coffee varieties. The Kenyan component includes SL28, SL34, K7, Batian, and Ruiru 11, known for their bright acidity and fruit-forward character, while the Ethiopian coffee brings JARC varieties and traditional landrace cultivars, contributing floral aromatics and complexity.
ALTITUDE
These coffees are grown at high elevations between 1400–1900 MASL, where cooler temperatures slow the cherry’s development. This helps produce beans with greater density, brighter acidity, and more complex flavour.
