Returns Policy

At Cunnies Gummies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to assist with a return in line with Australian Consumer Law and our global return process.

Eligibility for Returns

You may be eligible for a return if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • The product differs from the advertised description.
  • The product is not what you ordered.

To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@cunniesgummies.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Approval for returns must be obtained prior to sending back your goods.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused and unopened in its original packaging.
  • The item must be in 'as sold' condition (including undamaged packaging).
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

For returns due to defective or damaged goods, or if you received the wrong item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for both Australia and international orders. If the item is opened or used, we are unable to accept the return due to hygiene reasons.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product for another item, the fastest way is to return the product and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is processed.

Return Shipping

  • For Australian customers, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend using an insured or registered postal service to ensure the safe return of your items.
  • For International customers, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost. We strongly recommend using an insured or registered postal service to prevent any issues during transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Opened products or items that have been consumed.
  • Sale items, gift cards, or any personal care items.
  • Perishable goods, including supplements that have been opened or used.

Damaged Goods or Incorrect Orders

If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will inspect the issue and resolve it by either providing a replacement or a refund. We cover the cost of return shipping for these types of issues.

Cooling-Off Period (EU Only)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please contact us to arrange the return.
