Shipping Policy for Cunnies Gummies

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders within Australia.

  • Processing Time: Orders placed before 1:30 PM (AEST) will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on workload and warehouse availability. This is contingent on accurate communication and forecasting from our clients. We rely on good communication to predict our workload the week prior and to manage staffing accordingly.

  • Workload Variability: We typically work with a +/- 20% variance of the forecasted volume. However, if your forecast is expected to experience high volatility, we may need to implement "Extreme Measures". This could involve leveraging additional contractor resources at a 2.2x multiple of the regular labor rates (order, pick, pack, labeling). Shipping fees are not subject to this surcharge.

  • Shipping Time: Standard delivery takes approximately 5-7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may vary based on the courier and your area.

  • Shipping Costs: We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of for all orders within Australia. 

  • Courier Services: We use trusted Australian couriers, such as Australia Post, CouriersPlease, and Fastway, to ensure your order is delivered promptly and safely.

  • Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping for customers outside of Australia. Currently, we ship to Canada and other select international locations. Please note that shipping times and rates vary depending on the destination.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). International orders may take longer to ship due to customs clearance.

  • Shipping Time: Shipping times for international orders vary by location. Estimated delivery times are:

    • Canada: 7-14 business days

    • Europe: 10-15 business days

    • Other International Locations: 14-21 business days

  • Shipping Costs: International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order weight. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in their country.

  • Courier Services: We use a combination of trusted international couriers, including Australia Post, DHL, and UPS for international deliveries.

  • Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to track your order’s journey. Please note that international orders may take longer to process, depending on customs inspections.

Order Processing & Handling

  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 1:30 PM (AEST) will generally be shipped on the same day. However, this is subject to accurate volume forecasts and warehouse staffing, which are based on our client's communication and predicted workload.

  • Forecasting and Volatility: If your business forecasts significant volume volatility, we will rely on an agreed forecast and may implement Extreme Measures (using contractors or overtime). These measures are typically charged at a 2.2x multiple of the base labor costs for order processing, picking, packing, and labeling. Shipping charges are not affected by this surcharge.

  • Address Changes: Once your order is processed and shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please ensure all details are correct before submitting your order.

Damaged or Missing Items

We do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please contact us at orders@cunniesgummies.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment.

  • Damaged Goods: Please include a photo of the damaged item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.

  • Missing Items: If any items are missing from your order, please let us know, and we will investigate the issue.

Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are determined by your local government and are usually due upon arrival.
