Free shipping will be applied for all domestic orders over $150.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Processing Time: Orders placed before 1:30 PM (AEST) will be processed and shipped the same day, excluding launch periods and busy periods (such as sales or Christmas) when processing may take longer.
  • Shipping Time: Standard delivery takes approximately 2-8 business days, depending on your location. Express shipping takes 1-4 business days. 
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary based on the number of items in your order. Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping.

International Shipping

Orders placed before 1:30 PM (AEST) will be processed and shipped the same day, excluding launch periods and busy periods (such as sales or Christmas) when processing may take longer. Standard and express shipping are available for international orders, prices vary and are calculated based on the parcel’s weight. Shipping price is calculated at check out. Please note that all shipping times listed below are estimates, times may vary.

    Shipping Time:
    Standard Shipping: Approximately 6–27 business days

Shipping Costs:
Standard: $24–$89 AUD 
Express: $40–$97 AUD

Courier Services: We use trusted couriers like Australia Post, CouriersPlease, and Fastway.

Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Address Changes: Once shipped, we cannot modify addresses, so please check your details carefully before checkout.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us at hello@cunniesgummies.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment.

  • Damaged Goods: Include a photo of the damaged item and packaging for faster resolution.
  • Missing Items: Let us know which items are missing so we can investigate and resolve promptly.
