Cunnies Codex Email

Cunnies Codex Email helps authorised Cunnies Gummies operators manage customer support in hello@cunniesgummies.com. Customers do not need to connect their own Google accounts.

The application reads customer correspondence and relevant attachments, checks business policies and related order or subscription records, and prepares replies. Authorised workflows can send replies, organise messages, investigate delivery issues and carry out supported order or subscription changes. Business-system results are checked before confirming that a change has completed.

Operators use a private dashboard to review open cases and give decisions or instructions. Cases needing more information remain open for follow-up.

Connecting the business Gmail mailbox requires the mailbox owner's Google authorisation. This application is for authorised Cunnies operators.
