Cunnies Energy is a pre-workout powder. Each 5 g scoop has 250 mg caffeine anhydrous (255 mg total caffeine with the green tea extract), 2,000 mg taurine, 50 mg green tea extract and B vitamins (niacin 20 mg, B6 5 mg, B5 5 mg, B12 5 µg). 0.1 g sugar per serve. No beta alanine.
Mix one scoop with water and drink 20 to 30 minutes before training. One serve a day. 40 serves per 200 g tub. Adults only; not recommended during pregnancy.

No. The tingles in other pre-workouts come from beta alanine, and Cunnies Energy doesn't have any.

Can I have more than one scoop a day?
No. One serve a day, as on the label. Anything more, or mixing it with other caffeine, is a question for your healthcare professional.
Is every flavour the same formula?
